What Does it Mean to Serve
We want all newcomers to relax and enjoy our services at Jarrell Community Church. After a while, you might become curious about service opportunities too. At Jarrell Community Church, we believe strongly in the benefits of service. Jesus said, He did not come to be served, but to serve" (Matthew 20:28). Service is a great way to find joy and grow relationships within a church. When we serve, it helps show the world Jesus.
What to Expect
Every service opportunity is unique. As you consider where you want to serve, please contact us and we will help connect you with a leader in that area. Some examples of service areas include, but are not limited to:
- Sunday morning set-up team
- Audio/visual team
- Worship team
- Greeters
- Children's ministry volunteer
- Guest follow-up team
- Small group shepherd/host
